Terms and Conditions

Please call us on (03) 9735 2260 if you have any questions, would like to make a booking, or need to cancel your appointment. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.


Allergies/Health Concerns/Medication

If you have any health concerns or allergies, please notify us at the time of making your appointment or immediately before your treatment.  Please also let us know if you are taking Retin A, Accutane or antibiotics as these can affect how your skin responds to treatment (including making your skin more likely to graze if you’re having waxing done).


Holding Deposit
Please note we require a 50% holding deposit for all Facial, Manicure and Pedicure appointments and any bookings where the total appointment time equals or exceeds 60 minutes.  You may prepay over the phone using a credit card, a gift voucher, or in-store via cash/EFTPOS.


Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t run to plan at times and you may need to change or cancel your appointment.  All we ask is that you provide us with 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.  There will be a 100% no show fee if you do not show up to your appointment, and a 50% fee cancellation fee if you move or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.


Please note that if you regularly fail to give us 24 hours notice for cancellations or don’t show up to your appointments, you may be required to pay for your treatments at the time of booking.


Please do not make an appointment or attend an appointment if you are sick for any reason, including if you just have a cold, but especially if you have flu-like symptoms, are feverish, or have been in contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 14 days.


Running Late
Again, we understand that life doesn’t always run according to plan, however, we are a busy salon and turning up late to your appointment, even if by only 5 minutes, may often mean that we are unable to fit you in as it would mean that we would then run late for the next client.  If we are unable to provide the treatment to you at all, this will be considered a cancellation – please see Cancellation Policy above.
